Griffith Foods (A US company established worldwide in 1919) is a global manufacturer of food products and provide a wide
range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. The products include Seasoning
Blends of Herbs, Spices & functional ingredients, Textures & Coating systems, Bakery & Dough blends, Crumbs, Flavors,
Sauces and Food bases that are used in an extensive variety of applications from snack foods and processed meat and
poultry to ready meals. Bangalore plant is as per BRC, LEED, and FM Global Certifications.
Key Result Areas:
 Spearheading Capital Investment (INR 75 Crores) on Green Field Project Food Ingredient Facility (Engineering
Procurement Construction), Design & Execution, Commissioning & Erection, Manufacturing Planning &
coordination to meet production plan
 Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to accurately report progress of the
project to the stakeholders and end user clients
 Using effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines,
and man power
 Developing capacity expansion plan in line with business growth, by ensuring timely execution along with safety,
